Terms of Service

LAST_UPDATE [2026-08-14]

Effective date: [DATE]

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of [DOMAIN], operated by [COMPANY NAME], registration number [REGISTRATION NUMBER], registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS] ("we", "us", "Arcadezy").

By creating an account or making a purchase you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What we do

Arcadezy is an online store for digital goods: in-game currency top-ups by player ID, gift cards and PIN codes, game keys, Telegram Stars and Premium, and Steam wallet top-ups. We purchase these goods from a third-party supplier and deliver the result to you — either confirmation of the top-up or a digital code.

We are not a game publisher, are not affiliated with any publisher, and do not act as their official representative unless expressly stated. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Who may use the service

You must be at least 16 years old. If you are under 18, you confirm that you act with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. The reseller subscription is available to users aged 18 and over.

You may not use the service if you are located in a country subject to applicable sanctions, or if access is prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your country, including tax obligations.

3. Your account

Purchases require an account with a verified email address. You agree to:

  • provide a valid email address and keep it up to date;
  • keep your password confidential and not share access with third parties;
  • notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

One person, one account. We may suspend or block an account where we suspect fraud, abuse, attempts to circumvent limits, or a breach of these Terms.

All activity carried out from your account is deemed to be carried out by you.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include our markup. Prices depend on our supplier's purchase price and may change at any time without prior notice; the price displayed at the moment you place an order is the price that applies to you.

We accept payment exclusively in cryptocurrency — USDT on supported networks such as TRC-20 (Tron), BEP-20 (BNB Chain) and TON. The current list of available networks is shown on the deposit page. Fiat payment methods are not supported.

4.1. How payment works

When topping up, you create a payment request: an exact amount on the selected network is reserved for you for 30 minutes. You send precisely that amount to the address shown. We automatically match the incoming transfer to your request and credit your balance once the required number of network confirmations is reached.

You are responsible for:

  • the exact amount — withdrawal fees are charged by your exchange or wallet, and the amount that reaches us must match the request. If the amount differs, use the "I've paid" function and submit your txid — we will credit the amount actually received;
  • selecting the correct network — a transfer on a network other than the one selected will not be credited automatically. Such cases are handled manually and recovery is not guaranteed;
  • transferring only after creating a request — funds sent without an active request are credited only after you contact support with the txid.

An expired request continues to be matched for a further 2 hours (grace period). Transfers arriving later are handled manually.

Cryptocurrency transfers are irreversible. We cannot cancel or reverse a blockchain transaction.

4.2. Your balance

Credited funds are held as an internal account balance in USD (1 USDT = 1 USD). The balance:

  • may be used solely to pay for goods and subscriptions on the site;
  • cannot be withdrawn in cryptocurrency or fiat;
  • is not a bank deposit, bears no interest and is not insured;
  • does not expire while your account remains active.

Refunds for unfulfilled orders are credited to your balance (see the Refund Policy).

5. Orders and fulfilment

An order is placed once funds are debited from your balance or a direct payment is received. Fulfilment is automatic and typically takes from a few seconds to a few minutes, but timing depends on our supplier and the game publisher and is not guaranteed.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter — player ID, server, Steam login, Telegram username. Goods are delivered to the details you provide. A top-up credited to someone else's account because of incorrect details is not refundable.

If an order cannot be fulfilled (supplier out of stock, publisher rejection, technical failure), it is cancelled automatically and the funds are returned to your balance.

We may cancel an order and refund it where a price was displayed with an obvious error, the item is unavailable, or the order raises reasonable suspicion of fraud.

6. Digital codes

Codes (gift cards, game keys, PINs) are stored encrypted and are accessible only to the account holder in their dashboard. Once a code has been revealed it is treated as delivered and is not refundable — we cannot verify whether it has been redeemed.

Before redeeming, check that the code matches your region and platform: regional restrictions are set by the publisher, not by us.

7. Reseller subscription

The subscription grants a reduced markup on goods for a period of 30 days and is paid from your balance.

  • Auto-renewal is enabled by default: on the expiry date we charge the next period to your balance. You can disable it at any time in your dashboard.
  • If your balance is insufficient we will send reminders and then move your account to retail prices. A subscription never creates a debt.
  • When changing plans, the unused portion of the current period is credited proportionally towards the new plan.
  • A paid period is not refunded if you cancel early — simply disable auto-renewal and the subscription will lapse at the end of the period.

Reduced prices are intended for your own commercial activity. Sharing account access with third parties is prohibited.

8. Prohibited use

You must not:

  • provide false information, use another person's data, or create multiple accounts to circumvent limits;
  • use the service for money laundering, sanctions evasion or any other unlawful activity, or pay with funds of unlawful origin;
  • scrape the site, create excessive load, interfere with the service, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
  • resell goods while misrepresenting their origin, or hold yourself out as an official representative of a publisher;
  • breach the rules of game publishers and platforms.

Breaches lead to account blocking. Where an account is blocked for fraud, the remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time and contact support to have your account deleted. We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached, where required by law, or if the service is discontinued.

If you close your account or if the service is discontinued, we will agree with you how the remaining balance is to be used. Given that withdrawals are not available (clause 4.2), we recommend not keeping more on your balance than you intend to spend.

10. Third-party rights and game account risk

Goods are fulfilled through our supplier's official channels; however, the rules of individual game publishers may restrict top-ups made through intermediaries. We do not control publishers' actions and are not liable for the suspension, restriction or loss of your game account, nor for any change or revocation of in-game currency already credited.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, the availability of any particular item, or that prices will remain unchanged. We give no warranties beyond those that are mandatory under applicable law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant order.

We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of data or game progress, or for losses caused by: your error in the details you entered; selecting the wrong transfer network; the actions of exchanges, wallets or blockchain networks; the actions of game publishers or our supplier; or events beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for wilful misconduct and gross negligence.

13. Support and complaints

Please send questions and complaints to [SUPPORT EMAIL] or [SUPPORT TELEGRAM]. We aim to respond within 24 hours and to resolve disputes within 14 days. For payment issues, please include the txid, network, amount and time of transfer.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms. The current version is always available on this page together with its effective date. We will give at least 7 days' notice of material changes by email or on the site. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION]. The parties will seek to resolve disputes through negotiation; failing that, disputes will be heard by the competent courts of [JURISDICTION], without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.

16. Miscellaneous

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in force. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent.
